Almost all foreigners have no Japanese fonts and can not see
Japanese pages.
But if you are interested in them, first go to
http://www.dgs.monash.edu.au/~jwb/jviewer.html
and type the URL you want to see.
In the case of my page, you may need to override with the option
switch of "Shift-JIS or Mac".
